With over 24.000 connected vehicles, devices and people, Viasat Connect Belgium is a Belgian leader in the field of telematics fleet management (Securysat) and workforce management systems (aidoo mobile).
We develop and commercialize innovative hardware and software solutions to help companies manage field personnel, vehicles and assets. Our solutions, available in the form of SaaS, are sold in Europe and Africa via a network of resellers and systems integrators. Established in Haren (Brussels Region), we manufacture and develop our solutions in our own facilities.

To support our rapid growth, we are looking for a self-motivated and driven:



  • Grow revenues in her/his territory:

o Active prospecting to seek potential customers by using various methods: cold-calling, following on inbound leads, presence at trade fairs and events, linked-in etc.
o Execute on the entire sales process: determine customer requirements, deliver presentations and product demos, produce offers, negotiate, close deals and perform account management
o Continuously evaluate customer’s evolving needs and build productive long lasting relationships

  • Report on her/his activities and results
  • Participate in the development of a vibrant company

o Forecast sales in the territory with the usage of company CRM
o Provide feedback to management to improve sales strategies, products and solutions as well as marketing materials
o Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest product and market developments


  • Demonstrated sales talent and competences in a B2B environment
  • 3 to 5-year experience in a similar role with proven track record
  • A passion for mobile apps and innovative IT solutions
  • A Bachelor degree or comparable is a plus
  • Responsible, autonomous and pro-active
  • Fast learner with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Experience within a SME is a plus
  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English
