To support our rapid growth, we are actively searching for an:


Reporting to the Sales Manager- Direct Channels and a member of the Sales Team of the company, the Inside Sales Representative’s primary responsibilities are to qualify inbound sales leads, prospect for new business opportunities as well as generate sales individually and in tandem with the field sales team.  This person will be responsible for qualifying new prospects and interacting with existing customers, primarily by phone, social media and email.

Success of the role will be measured by prospect pipeline, sales quota achievement and customer experience management in support of new business acquisition. This position is office based and possibly an entry point for account management or sales functions.


  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and social media activities
  • Depending on the type of lead:
    • Route qualified leads and opportunities to the appropriate sales executives or indirect sales partner for further development and closure
    • Personally close sales and organize delivery
  • Team with channel partners to help build pipeline
  • Work effectively with our CRM system producing lead reports and pipelines
  • Support the sales team with accounts research, identification of key players and generation of interest
  • Maintain and expand the database of prospects within assigned territory
  • Perform effective online presentations and demos to prospects


  • Proven inside sales experience with track record of success
  • Fluent in spoken and written NL/FR/EN
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Experience working with social media and CRM products and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
